Listen to this incredibly relatable conversation with the beautiful and down to earth Toni Marzullo on this week's episode the ABFW podcast. In 2015, Toni was hit by a vehicle while crossing the street. She spent the next several years moving forward with her life, and didn't realize until much later, after the birth of her daughter, just how much unresolved trauma she had inside her still. She found that her body could not switch out of fight or flight; she became desperate to figure out how to her body to find a parasympathetic nervous system response again. This is a bit from within about her experience working through this, what she found helpful along the way, and how she's doing now.
