Uk: В серці старого Києва, недалеко від Михайлівського золотоверхого, стояв великий мансардний будинок. Тут відбувалося весілля Оксани і Богдана. Незмінний традиційний обряд було повним музики, танцю та гамірного сміху.
En: In the heart of old Kiev, not far from the Golden-Domed Michael's Monastery, stood a large attic house. Oksana and Bogdan's wedding was taking place here. The unchanging traditional ceremony was filled with music, dancing, and joyful laughter.

Uk: Іван був там просто гостем. Його приїхали відволікти від чергового бізнес-проекту. Він милий, сердечний, але завжди поглинутий роботою. Миколай, його дружбаний брат, вважав, що Івану пора віддати себе життю, а не бізнесу.
En: Ivan was just a guest there. He had come to take a break from his ongoing business project. He was sweet and kind-hearted, but always consumed by work. Mykola, his close brother, thought it was time for Ivan to dedicate himself to life rather than business.

Uk: Музика гирки. Настала пора кидати букет. Оксана обернулася до дівчат, закрила очі й кинула букет через голову. Іван якраз вийшов з-за столу, щоб збрати трохи свіжого повітря. Він не очікував, що впіймає важливий предмет того дня.
En: The music played. It was time to throw the bouquet. Oksana turned to the girls, closed her eyes, and tossed the bouquet over her head. Ivan had just come out from behind the table to get some fresh air. He didn't expect to catch the significant item of the day.

Uk: Ось він вислужив аплодисменти від такої незвичної групи вболівальників. Ситуація виявилася… незручною. Навіть Миколай, усміхаючись, підняв брову, якому більше все чекав: хто впіймає букет.
En: There he stood, receiving applause from this unusual group of supporters. The situation turned out to be... awkward. Even Mykola, smiling, raised an eyebrow, eagerly awaiting who would catch the bouquet.

Uk: Іван зітхнув і посміхнувся. Він подав букет найпристойнішій з жінок і поцілував їй руку. Це було його закінчення. І хоча чекали на нього усміхнені обличчя, Іван був впевнений, що події, що сталися сьогодні, були частиною його життя... його історії.
En: Ivan sighed and smiled. He handed the bouquet to the most respectable woman and kissed her hand. This was his ending. And although smiling faces awaited him, Ivan was confident that the events that had occurred today were a part of his life... his story.
