Cs: Dusan kráčí po sluncem zalitém svahu.
En: Dusan walks across a sunlit slope.

Cs: Kvítky divokých květin se lehce kývají ve větru.
En: Wildflower blossoms gently sway in the breeze.

Cs: Starobylé kamenné sloupy, popraskané časem, stojí tiše kolem něj.
En: Ancient stone pillars, cracked by time, stand silently around him.

Cs: Tady, nedaleko Telče, celý tým archeologů pracuje na vykopávkách.
En: Here, not far from Telč, an entire team of archaeologists is working on an excavation.

Cs: Dusan, pečlivý archeolog, věří ve vědu.
En: Dusan, a meticulous archaeologist, believes in science.

Cs: Nevěří pověstem o těchto ruinách.
En: He doesn't believe the legends about these ruins.

En: Or something more?

Cs: "Nebojte se," řekl Dusan svému týmu.
En: "Don't worry," Dusan told his team.

Cs: "Pokračujme v práci."
En: "Let's keep working."

Cs: Ale někteří členové týmu začínali být skeptičtí.
En: But some team members began to be skeptical.

Cs: "Možná jsou ty pověsti pravdivé," mumlal jeden z nich.
En: "Maybe the legends are true," one of them mumbled.

Cs: "Možná bychom měli přestat."
En: "Maybe we should stop."

Cs: Dusan se rozhodl, že je čas zjistit pravdu.
En: Dusan decided it was time to find out the truth.

Cs: Pokynul dvěma nejodvážnějším členům týmu, aby šli s ním do hlubší části ruin.
En: He signaled two of the bravest team members to go with him into the deeper part of the ruins.

Cs: S těžkými batohy na zádech vstoupili do stínu starobylého průchodu.
En: With heavy backpacks, they entered the shadow of an ancient passageway.

Cs: Objevili tajnou komoru.
En: They discovered a secret chamber.

Cs: Stěny byly pokryté starými kresbami a nápisy.
En: The walls were covered with old drawings and inscriptions.

Cs: Uprostřed místnosti stálo starobylé kamenné lože.
En: In the middle of the room stood an ancient stone bed.

Cs: Jak Dusan přistoupil blíž, země se lehce otřásla.
En: As Dusan stepped closer, the ground trembled slightly.

Cs: Náhle se místnost naplnila chladným větrem.
En: Suddenly, the room filled with a cold wind.

Cs: Světla jejich lamp začala blikotat.
En: Their lamps' lights began to flicker.

Cs: Hluk zesílil.
En: The noise intensified.

Cs: Dusan ucítil, jak jej něco táhne zpět.
En: Dusan felt something pulling him back.

Cs: "Musíme pryč!"
En: "We have to get out!"

Cs: vykřikl jeden člen týmu.

En: Breathless, Dusan looked back at the ruins.

Cs: Sice nezískal poklad, ale něco důležitějšího ano.
En: Although he hadn't gained a treasure, he had something more important.

Cs: Uvědomil si, že možná něco pravdy na těch legendách je.
En: He realized that maybe there was some truth to the legends.

Cs: Dodnes nedokázal vysvětlit, co se přesně stalo, ale cítil respekt k těmto starobylým místům a jejich příběhům.
En: To this day, he couldn't explain what exactly happened, but he felt a respect for these ancient sites and their stories.

Cs: Dusan se rozhodl, že v budoucnu bude respektovat místní pověsti více.
