Pl: W słoneczny dzień w Warszawie, Marek zdecydował się na posiłek na mieście.
En: On a sunny day in Warsaw, Marek decided to have a meal out in the city.

Pl: Wybrał małą, lokalną restaurację.
En: He chose a small, local restaurant.

Pl: Na twarzy pojawił się uśmiech, gdy usłyszał zgiełk i zawołanie kelnerów.
En: A smile appeared on his face as he heard the hustle and bustle and the waiters' calls.

Pl: Pachniało domową kuchnią.
En: The scent of home-cooked meals filled the air.

Pl: Marek był typem osoby, która ceni sobie dobrą, polską kuchnię.
En: Marek was the kind of person who appreciated good Polish cuisine.

Pl: Wpadła mu w oko jakaś potrawa na karcie, jednak był pewien problem.
En: A certain dish on the menu caught his eye, but there was a problem.

Pl: Nazwa była nieco skomplikowana.
En: The name was a bit complicated.

Pl: Chciał zamówić coś „trudniejszego”, ale niewłaściwe wymówienie wywoływało u niego niepewność.
En: He wanted to order something "challenging," but mispronouncing it made him uncertain.

Pl: "Dobre popołudnie!
En: "Good afternoon!"

Pl: " – powiedział kelner z uśmiechem na twarzy.

Pl: "Nie, to nie to" - odpowiedział Marek, starał się ponownie wymówić to nazwę.
En: "No, that's not it," replied Marek, attempting to pronounce the name again.

Pl: Jednak to tylko spowodowało, że Marek poczerwieniał, a kelner starał się ukryć uśmiech.
En: However, this only made Marek blush, while the waiter tried to hide a smile.

Pl: Marek, mimo to, nie poddał się.
En: Nevertheless, Marek didn't give up.

Pl: Próbował raz po raz, aż w końcu, na radość wszystkich, udało mu się poprawnie wymówić to słowo.
En: He tried again and again until eventually, much to everyone's joy, he managed to pronounce the word correctly.

En: "Challenging!"

Pl: " - wykrzyknął z dumą.

En: The room suddenly fell silent, then erupted in loud laughter.

Pl: Marek sam śmiał się ze sobą, ciesząc się sukcesem.
En: Marek laughed at himself, basking in his success.

Pl: Właściciel restauracji, widząc to, podszedł do Marka i uścisnął mu rękę, chwaląc za samozaparcie.
