CITY-TV reported that the person who cuts your har has more training that some truckers. This is not good for anyone, especially the vast majority of qualified, safe drivers. We all that that "Mandatory Entry Level Training" was going to be the answer to the scourage of bad schools, but it hasn't happened. We talk to PMTC President Mike Millian about the problems and the potential solutions to ensure that all professional drivers are indeed fullying qualifed and professional.
