Story Transcript:

Ja: 東京。この都市のど真ん中で、数多くの電車が日々、人々を乗せて走り続けている。その中でも、今日の主人公、はるかとゆきが乗り合わせた電車の中では一風変わった出来事が舞台を織りなす。
En: Tokyo. In the heart of this city, numerous trains run every day carrying people. Among them, in the train that Haruka and Yuki boarded today, an unusual event unfolds.

Ja: 二人は、ただの仕事仲間。しかし、ある日のこと。はるかが混雑した電車の中で、うっかり居眠りをしてしまった。おまけに、彼女の頭は見知らぬサラリーマンの肩に乗ってしまったのだ。
En: The two of them are just work colleagues. However, one day, Haruka accidentally fell asleep in the crowded train. To make matters worse, her head ended up resting on the shoulder of an unknown businessman.

Ja: 目を覚ましたはるかは、一瞬どこにいるのか分からなかった。そこは見覚えのない景色が広がる駅。さらに、自分の頭が見知らぬ人の肩にもたれていた。恥ずかしい。しかし、ゆきの顔を見て、事態を理解した。
En: When Haruka woke up, she momentarily didn't know where she was. It was a station with an unfamiliar view. Furthermore, her head was leaning on the shoulder of a stranger. Embarrassing. But when she looked at Yuki's face, she understood the situation.

Ja: ゆきは、はるかが電車で居眠りをし、見知らぬ男性の肩に頭を預けてしまっている姿を見つけ、その光景にほほえんでいた。はるかは、それが見知らぬ男性の肩でなくゆきの肩であればと思い、恥ずかしさを隠しきれなかった。
En: Yuki had seen Haruka dozing off on the train and resting her head on a stranger's shoulder, and she smiled at the scene. Haruka couldn't help but feel embarrassed, wishing it had been Yuki's shoulder instead of a stranger's.

Ja: そして次の日、ゆきは彼女に冗談混じりに言った。「次からは、僕の肩に頭を預けるようにしてね。」それから二人の関係は、ほんの少し特別なものになり始めた。
En: The next day, Yuki jokingly told her, "Next time, lean your head on my shoulder." From that moment, the relationship between the two began to become a little special.

Ja: この出来事は、はるかとゆきがより密接な絆を持つきっかけとなった。そして二人は、それまで以上に仲良くなり、互いに深い信頼を持つようになった。そんな彼らの物語は、今日も東京の電論の中で、静かに続いている。
