College student turned entrepreneur, Crystal Mata shares her story of becoming the CEO of Mudita Salon and Spa at age 23!

One thing she learned in the process was, if you wanna get it done you gotta get it done! We discussed the learning opportunities she had and really just faked it until she made it.
