Lv: Aivara diena Rīgā sākās kā jebkura cita - ar steigu un troksni.
En: The day started in Riga just like any other - with haste and noise.

Lv: Taču šodien kaut kas notika savādāk.
En: However, something happened differently today.

Lv: Aivars bija tik aizņemts ar domām par svarīgo darba tikšanos, ka nejauši uzkāpa nepareizā autobusā.
En: Aivars was so preoccupied with thoughts of an important work meeting that he accidentally boarded the wrong bus.

Lv: Pilsētas ainavas aiz loga pamazām mainījās, un pirms Aivars to saprata, viņš jau bija mazā ciematiņā, kurš pilnībā atšķīrās no Rīgas.
En: The cityscape outside the window slowly changed, and before Aivars realized it, he was in a small village that was completely different from Riga.
