If you get a chance to get outside this afternoon and see the moonrise- or to peek at her tonight while she shines in the night sky, be sure to enjoy it because we're in for a big full moon.
This week on the podcast I'm talking more about the Full Moon, and don't forgot to carve out sometime for this month's meditative full moon ritual that in the monthly lunar self care guide.
In addition to that I'm also talking about the power of teamwork on today's podcast and how really bottom line being in a good team feeling has to do with a willingness to receive help from others.
This is very vulnerable for most of us and it's not simple- but it IS worth it and when you can get comfortable with it it feels so so good!
