When we assume positive intent or even neutral intent, it has a magical impact on relationship building. It fosters seeing humans as desiring good outcomes, and therefore facilitates making better outcomes a reality.

Unpacking knowledge and running an inventory of what is valuable and should be packed up and carried into one's career is a worthwhile, intentional process.
