Warning: This episode features Jess struggling to say large words and inputting her opinion on something she is not an expert in. Now that that's out of the way, join us to listen to us talk about the history of antidepressants, discuss MAOIs, Tricyclic/Tetracyclics, SSRIs/SNRIs, and all the chemicals in the medicines and how they interact with the chemicals in your brain. The other name for this episode is "Chemicals, Man". Give it a listen and let us know your experience with psychiatric meds. Have you tried some of the older classes of medications? Did you experience weird side effects? Has medication helped you. Also, let us know if you learned anything new in this episode- we sure did. Much Love from the OCD Girls.
