11 JUL. 2020 · In this industrial world, we have change the way we live, move and eat which as impacted our health and have been relying on medications to help us heal this chronic inflammation that is silent for decade or present through various symptoms that we either ignore or treat individually without success as the chronic inflammation is still present, how can we treat and heal from it, well we need to look at our gut, healing our gut may heal our inflammation and our symptoms this is my story ... how I have healed long lasting symptoms that were putting a lot of pressure on my life for the last 15 years. Now Im ready to add functional nutrition as a way to treat and heal chronic pain and more health dysfunction with my clients.

We are decreasing the activation of our glutes muscles, as a consequence other groups of muscle are overworking and causing compensation and with a lack of variety of movement and lack of activation of this latter, we are losing capacity of leg extension and increase risk of back pain.
29 ENE. 2019 · if you don't use you it, you will lose it. The age process start from the age of 25, this is why we start getting stiff and start experiencing all these aches and pains. To keep yourself pain free and maintain healthy range of movement, you need to keep moving to lubricate your joints to strenghten your soft tissue (fascia), bones. If you don't use your capacity of movement overtime you may not be able to move as much so keep moving. Motion is lotion.
