Amy, a resident of Wayland, Massachusetts since 1999, shares her inspiring journey in veterinary medicine and her work with her non-profit organization, Lets Save the Strays International. We discuss her mission to assist forgotten animals worldwide, the volunteer-based and self-funded approach of her 501(c)(3) organization, and the significant impact of her efforts in countries like Thailand, Myanmar, Nepal, India, and Ukraine. Amy also highlights the importance of bridging the gap between those who need help and those who can provide it, and her ongoing projects to improve animal welfare globally.

In this riveting conversation, we cover Malcolm’s remarkable advocacy and action for teen violence prevention and healthy relationships. To fill the massive gulf in relationship education for youth, Lauren Dunne Astley Memorial Fund has been working with government as well as private partners to bring awareness and requisite funding to the movement and developed its own workshop called “Loved to Death”.
